TTapiwa Prosper Chimbadzwa is a conflict resolution expert and environmental conservationist with over five years of experience in peacebuilding ,community engagement,wildlife conservation, climate change mitigation and adaptation initiatives. He holds a BSc in Peace, Conflict, and Governance, along with advanced certifications from the University of Western Cape and the University of Pretoria. His work focuses on decolonial methods of environmental management , community development and empowering local communities through pro-poor policies. Tapiwa believes in collaboration, mentorship, and capacity-building as essential tools for enabling youth to realize their potential.
